Our Live Interactive Event
Together with our planning agent, JM Planning Services, our development team will be on hand to answer any questions you have on the day and between the times stated below:
Tuesday 24th May 2022: 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 7.30pm
Please be aware that the Live and Interactive Session will only operate between these times and is by online text only.
During the interactive sessions, we invite you to ask us questions regarding the proposals by entering them in the Live Chatbox function on the screen and we will provide answers as they are asked, where we can.
This event could get busy and so we would ask that you bear with us if you experience a delay in a response to your query. We will do our best to answer your query at the time. However, if we cannot answer your question during the session for whatever reason we will let you know and respond as soon as possible afterwards when we can.
To keep things in order, we do ask that the Chatbox is reserved for questions rather than feedback. The relevant Feedback Form is to be used for submitting your comments.
Before finally submitting your comments, if you have any further questions after the Live and Interactive Event, please contact us by email, by phone or by post using the contact details in the Feedback Section by Tuesday 14th June 2022 at the latest.
We will aim to respond to your query as soon as possible upon receipt and thereafter you will have the opportunity to email your comments using the feedback form (you will need to download it before the Consultation Website closes on 14th June) up to the latest period for submitting comments of Friday 17th June 2022.
