Our Live Interactive Event
Our development team will be on hand to answer any questions you have via the Live Chatbox facility highlighted on this screen on the day and between the times stated below:
Thursday 1st September 2022: 4pm - 8pm
Please be aware that the Interactive Session will only operate between these times and is by online text only.
To keep things in order, we do ask that the Chatbox is reserved for questions rather than feedback.
During the interactive sessions, we invite you to ask us questions regarding the proposals by entering them in the Live Chatbox facility highlighted on this screen and we will provide answers as they are asked where we can.
This event could get busy and so we would ask that you bear with us if you experience a delay in a response to your query. We will do our best to answer your query at the time. However, if we cannot answer your question during the session for whatever reason we will let you know and respond as soon as possible afterwards when we can.
A Frequently Asked Questions sheet can however be found here which may assist you in the meantime with your initial questions.
Before finally submitting your comments, if you have any further questions after the Interactive Event, please contact us by email, by phone or by post using the contact details in the Feedback Section by Thursday 22nd September 2022 at the latest.
We will aim to respond to your query as soon as possible upon receipt and thereafter you will have the opportunity to submit your comments using the feedback form up to the consultation deadline of Thursday 22nd September 2022.
