Proposal
The new development has been designed in accordance with South Lanarkshire’s Residential Development Guidance Note .
Direct frontage/ access onto Meikle Earnock Road with access being proposed from a new dedicated road junction, serving the development as a whole.
This new access will then serve the internal primary road network and from that it will then cascade to secondary and tertiary streets.
We are proposing to utilise the landscaped area to the front of the site for a Surface Water System (SUDS) in order to provide surface water drainage for our proposed development, which then connects into the wider surface water system.
Incidental areas of open space have also been incorporated, together, with a larger, functional area of open space.
