Miller Homes Ltd are in the process of preparing a detailed planning application for a development of circa 56 dwellings. 

A Proposal of Application Notice was submitted to South Lanarkshire Council on 26th April 2024 advising the Council of the preparation of the planning application and indicating the Pre Application Consultation exercise which the company proposed to undertake in relation to the application. 

This exhibition is part of that Pre Application Consultation process and seeks to obtain the views of the general public and local interest groups about the proposed development in advance of the finalisation and submission of the planning application. 

Members of the public are invited to put forward suggestions about the draft layout and design proposals on display. These will be taken into consideration by Miller Homes in finalising their proposals with South Lanarkshire Council.
